LeBron Raymone James Sr. was born on December 30 in 1984. He is a famous American professional basketball player. King James, he's widely considered to be the most successful player of all-time and often is compared with Michael Jordan during debates about the greatest basketball player of all time. James holds 4 NBA champions. Four NBA MVPs. Four NBA Finals MVPs. Three All-Star MVPs. and two Olympic gold medals. James has scored the second most career goals and seventh most assists. James has been named as an NBA All Star 18 times. James is a member of 18 NBA All-Stars, 18 All-NBA Teams, and Five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. He was the 3rd player to compete in NBA Finals. Eight of those were consecutive from the year 2011 until 2018. James was chosen to be part of the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team for 2021. He was the NBA's first player to score 10,000 points, 10 rebounds and an assist in 2022. James was a basketball player at St. Vincent St. Mary High School in Akron, Ohio. He was hailed by media across the nation as the next NBA superstar. To prepare for the pro game it was the Cleveland Cavaliers chose him as the first pick overall in the NBA draft in 2003. He was voted one of the NBA rookie of the year in 2004. He soon became one of the premier athletes of the NBA, winning the NBA MVP Award both 2009 and 2010. James, who failed to take home the title at Cleveland in 2010 left as a free agent and joined his team the Miami Heat. This was made clear by the book The Decision. It is one of the most controversial decisions taken by a free agent in sports history.
